I called brinks today and they want me to buy out the contract. The tech that came out in January told me “you have power but I don’t know what’s wrong with it” and then he left. Our child will have to endure constant beeping and noises from a broken system that they can’t seem to fix. Now I can’t get a tech out in time before the baby gets here. Most recently a tech called and canceled today for an appointment I’ve been waiting weeks for. In December tech called me at 6pm to cancel after I already took off work and waited all day. I’ve had several appointments for techs only for them to call and cancel. I’ve called Brinks several times, only to be able to get a tech to come out in January. It’s turns on and off on its own makes all the noise and beeps it wants. Eventually it turned off and then just wouldn’t work at all and all while doing its own thing. It worked for 4 days but would turn on and off on its own. I had an alarm system installed from #brinkshomesecurity back in October.

Sam and I have our first baby coming any day now.

Ive never done this, and it has been a long time since I’ve posted anything but I really hope the power of the internet/people can help us out.
